Fruit with cheese is so 2019. Its all about stuffing it into the cracker

150g dried fruit, i used dried cranberries, apricots and dates

50g nuts and seeds, i used almonds and pepitas

200g (1 1/3 cup) plain flour 

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp Chinese five spice 

2 tsp salt flakes 

2 tbs extra virgin olive oil 

2 tbs maple syrup 

1/4 cup (60ml) water 

Preheat oven to 160C. Grease and line two baking trays with baking paper.

Place dried fruit and nuts or seeds in the bowl of a food processor and whiz until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and whiz until it forms a ball. Place between two sheets of baking paper and roll out to 5mm thickness with a rolling pin.

Use a 4cm cooking cutter to cut out into rounds and place on prepared trays. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Cool on trays and serve as part of a cheese board.
